Strategic Environmental and Engineering Consulting (SEEC) are based in Bowral in the Southern Highlands of NSW. However, we operate anywhere in NSW and Southern Queensland. 

SEEC specialise in Soil and Water Management. That means we combine skills in:
  • Stormwater engineering
  • Stormwater quality and stormwater modelling, particularly using software know as MUSIC
  • Water cycle management studies
  • Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD)
  • Civil engineering, including dam design, road design and flood Studies
  • Erosion and sediment control (Soil and Water Management Plans per the Blue Book)
  • Mine rehabilitation
  • Septic effleunt and wastewater
  • Surface water assessments
  • Soil assessments
  • Salinity assessments
  • Geotechnical engineering (site classifications and landslip assessments)
  • Contamination Assessments

  • Traffic control Plans
The staff at SEEC offer a unique combination of engineering, geomorphology, soil science and ecosystem management. We use the latest software and offer prompt professional expertise.

SEEC provide expert witness services in the Land and Environment Court and we regularly provide training in erosion and sediment control; either through the Centre For Environmental Training (CET) or directly to interested parties. The training provides a thorough understanding of the Blue Book (NSW) or the Maroon Book (QLD).
